Sherry has worked in the magazine publishing industry in Saskatchewan for the past six-plus years, and loves spreading the word about our great city and province. When she’s not tied to her desk writing and polishing up words for print or the web, she is out in the community, attending and covering events or volunteering.
Throughout her professional career, Sherry has served in various roles in the private, public and non-profit sectors, including numerous boards and committees. In addition to consulting, she has worked in the areas of online learning, custom training, fundraising, community relations, communications and government. Sherry is an experienced project manager and group moderator/facilitator with a background in post-secondary education, business-education partnerships, event coordination, planning, research and training.
Sherry holds a BA with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan and an MPA in Public Management from the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Regina. On a personal level, health and wellness is one of her true passions. She enjoys music, reading, sports, the arts, and spending time with family and friends. Her three grown daughters live in Regina, Calgary and Toronto.
